Managing a Product Launch using in-house systems
A new partnership for Nelson Thornes and ForSkills created a need for some extra marketing muscle to support to an over-stretched team. They wanted to promote a new product range but could not justify an additional full time team member at this early stage.
I was brought in to organise the launch event and produce all the promotional materials. I was able to act within all the in-house systems to maximise spend and just get on with what was required, consulting when necessary. This enabled the marketing team to meet their product launch deadlines quickly and efficiently and with no great extra investment.
