Investigating new market development opportunities
Bond 11+ Revision books are a marketing-leading brand belonging to Nelson Thornes. It was looking to appoint a Brand Manager for the range. While the recruitment process was ongoing, a number of development projects were identified but could not get started.
I was appointed to step in and work on these projects so that no time was lost during the recruitment process. The projects included exploring the viability of new opportunities for selling through bookshops and working with the Bond Publisher to develop proposals for new products within the range. My involvement provided a short term solution to the recruitment gap and insured that Nelson Thornes could drive the business forward
during this period.
